Sacramento
Baroque Soloists presents 9th Season
Sacramento's
professional baroque music ensemble is dedicated to creating vibrant, engaging
performances of music from the 17th to 19th Centuries. They have developed
a local reputation for quality and compelling programming. Inevitably,
audience members leave these intimate concerts feeling moved and inspired.
The 2010-11
Season will present five concert sets,
including two concerto grosso performances,
A Voice of the Cello concert, a Baroque
Christmas concert, and a concert featuring recorder virtuoso Judith Linsenberg.
Our new season
will be performed in two venues, the lovely St. Paul's Episcopal Church, and
also at St. John's Lutheran Church, which is a larger but still acoustically
beautiful space only a few blocks away. St. Johns will offer free parking
for concertgoers.
